Job description



Personal Characteristics

Natural aptitude for sales with strong personal sales skills
Inspires confidence, able to form and develop professional relationships
Enthusiastic and highly motivated, creative and energetic; brings new ideas to the team
Team player, works with colleagues
Focused on objectives, but flexible to overcome setbacks and cope with conflicting priorities
Good communicator
Qualifications

Ethical and honest 
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
MBA  is an added advantage
Professional membership and certification in relevant and recognised institutions
5 years relevant or cognate experience
Experience selling IT is required with specific focus on software sales

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales for all products and services offered by the organisation
Identify new and strategic business opportunities in alignment with the vision of the organization
Develop innovative proposals and presentations that clearly demonstrate the unique value of organisation’s solutions
Develop annual sales plans which focus on meeting organizational objectives
Participate in the management of product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities 
Responsible for end to end sales process; from initial contact and understanding of client needs to delivery and closure (handover from the sales team to relationship management team – Key Accounts Manager, etc.
